It does seem to hold true...
"Drink a glass of wine every day!" then "Wine will destroy your liver!"
"Eggs are good for you!" then "Eggs are bad for you!"
Nobody really knows, so "everything in moderation" just makes the most sense.
Everything is always hidden way down at the bottom, written in the tiny letters of the contract code. };)
