My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2019...... Awesome Monday 🏃👣☔🍃💨🎉🙌👌💯🎶✨
Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Monday report 😎. Glad you stopped by yet again and let's get straight into the summary of my stepping activities.
I had aimed to start the week with a bang. So i had set the alarm and as soon as it went off I was out of the door.
As usual I walked and jogged 🏃 around the neighborhood in the fresh morning air 🍃. Being a working day I had to get back home to get ready for work.
After getting ready I collected more steps walking to the bus stop. Just before I got to the bus stop the rain ☔ caught me. Luckily it was a slight drizzle and I had an umbrella with me.
So I commuted safely to the office and got there right on time.
I started with the days tasks and also handled some pending issues from Friday.
At lunchtime I got the chance to get in a short walk 👣. The 🌞 sun was all out and it was a beautiful day as I made my way. I then had to get back in and deal with the afternoon shift.
I kept going and when time was up I concluded and left for the day.
Getting home I rested and relaxed for a while to try and shake off some the day's exhaustion.
I then had tea and snacks before embarking on the sunset ⛅ walk. The final relaxing walk of the day. This time around the neighborhood and towards the main road before getting back home and calling it a day. I went through my normal night routine and now getting this report posted and edited.
