How i prepared Okro Soup

Hello Everyone

It is weekend and they are made for relaxation and fun. So, i decided to share you with how i made my okro soup.
Okro soup is mostly cooked in African. In Nigeria it can be called draw soup

Okro can be planted and they grow very fast. It can take 2 weeks to grow.
Okro can also be regarded as Vegetable and it has so many medicinal benefits.
It is rich in Vitamin A and C and help reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer and stroke.
It is also one of the fastest and cheapest soup to prepare.
Ingredients

  • Stockfish
  • Cray fish
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Maggi
  • Periwrinkle
  • Vegetable
  • Okro

Preparation of Okro soup

  • Chop okro into smaller pieces (it can be grated to)

  • Wash your stock fish and ice fish (any fish can be used) they add taste to the soup.
    You can use Meat depending on what is available to use.
  • Put water and put them too and start boiling
  • Put onion in steaming

  • After steaming for sometime put your Red oil

  • Put Okro (allow to boil for sometime)

  • Here, i used periwinkle
    Periwinkle are species of small edible sea food. They are gotten in different part of the world but mostly found in Africa

  • Put all your ingredients like salt,maggi,cray fish.

  • Chop your vegetable leaf into smaller pieces
  • Allow it boil
  • Your okro soup is ready👍
