Cryptocurrency, Investing, Money, Economy, and Debt:
Global Supply-Chain Problems Threaten Recovery
Global supply-chain bottlenecks are feeding on one another, with shortages of components and surging prices of critical raw materials squeezing manufacturers around the world.
The supply shocks are already showing signs of choking off the recovery in some regions.

Unvaxxed Allen West Has Covid Symptoms
In a Saturday morning Twitter thread, the Trump-loving ex-congressman said he has not gotten the Covid vaccine but is ‘already taking Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin protocols’—two unproven drugs popular with the anti-vaxxer crowd.
“There’s a concern about my oxygen saturation levels, which are at 89 and they should be at 95,” West wrote.
“My chest X-rays do show COVID pneumonia, not serious. I am probably going to be admitted to the hospital.”
Um, 89 is dangerously low and if it was “not serious” he wouldn’t be getting admitted to a hospital. They’ve got their hands full of serious.
Politics:
Select Committee Faces Reckoning with GOP Lawmakers
As congressional investigators accelerate their probe of Donald Trump’s 2020 election challenges that culminated on Jan. 6, one thing is clear: All roads run through a handful of their GOP colleagues.
And getting those Republicans to testify could get ugly.
The House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack has so far avoided directly roping in fellow lawmakers, even as it homes in on Trump’s inner circle. Yet each of its investigative steps so far has further underscored the roles that Trump’s staunchest House GOP allies played in his bid to throw out the election results.

What Trump’s Endorsements Have In Common
One has been accused of assaulting another White House aide. Another allegedly threatened his ex-wife’s life, exaggerated claims of financial success and alarmed business associates with his erratic behavior. A third has asked a judge to keep past protection-from-abuse orders sealed.
As former President Donald Trump wades into contested primaries across the country, he’s trying to exact revenge and remake the Republican Party in his image. In doing so, he has endorsed a series of candidates involved in allegations of wrongdoing, especially concerning their treatment of women.
