Promoting A Post In Hive How Does It Work?

Has anyone tried out promotions?

So recently I sw this option where we could promote a post in hive, in a particular community or in particular topics, and decided to give it a shot.

To my surprise, I didn't see any difference in any support or any comments, so I am not sure if it even works, is there any way where we can see analytics of our post , such as how many people saw it? , If not I don't really think that we can comment on if this actually works.

Below is the before and after of the post that I promoted in Leofinance for a day, and I saw no difference.

If you are promoting through PeakD then only PeakD members will see it promoted. I also think that it depends on how much people spend to promote things. I have never really used the feature but I think promoting this using LeoFinance might of been better.
