You know when people talk about leadership, it sound like a big deal. To me and understanding of leadership, leadership is what is in build in human character beside an adage said leadership is show by example. If someone is in build leadership the act of leading will become something of life doing.
As a child from his playing toy he or she wl like to share his or her toys with other children, due to the leadership in his or her way of life.
