Hello, today I want to tell you about how we spent the second day of the baby kittens life at home.

Manny (the kittens' mother) was very tired and slept almost the whole day. I understand her, once she is tired from giving birth and the heat in the summer months and the second time because she wants to be a good mother who takes care of her babies.

My dad would bring her food every few hours so she could have the strength and milk to feed her little ones. My son also wanted to help, but how much can a 2 year old help except screaming at the top of his lungs pointing at the mother and her shuffling babies. The good news is that the night they were alone with the kittens she ate all the food we had left her. I guess she didn't have the strength to eat, and my son was carefully leaving pieces of his sandwiches for her. He'd take a piece and throw it at her, probably so he thought he was helping her, but it scared her more. We were showing him where we were leaving her food but he kept taking it closer to her so he was throwing it at her. After the first one of these shots, I picked up his food and put it in the bowl.
We tell him that to grow big he has to eat fruits and vegetables. Seeing the little babies he decided to "give" them half a banana to grow up... yesterday he was also offering a tomato to mama kitty to give her strength. Apparently he is quite generous to give of his food... he doesn't eat a lot of things - he refuses them, but he is willing to share his food with someone...
On the other side of this tiled countertop - it's kind of like a cabinet, on the other side of it is a small dining area with a table and chairs. There's also a little outside toilet so we don't have to go inside while we're out. It's cooler in there and in the warmer months we spend time there. Today even a little while ago to be exact she came out for a moment. came to me and my dad since it was just the two of us here, petted our feet, heard the little babies and went back to them.

Хубавата новина е, че вечерта, когато са останали сами с котенцата тя е изяла цялата храна която и бяхме оставили.
