Hello, today I would like to tell you a little about a traditional Bulgarian salad, which is loved by all not only Bulgarians but also those who decided to visit our country.

Its recipe is simple but very tasty

  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Onion, it can be green onion or old onion
  • Pepper
  • Bulgarian white cheese

For flavouring use

  • Salt
  • Olive oil or sunflower oil
  • Vinegar

The name of this salad comes from a region in Bulgaria, but it is prepared all over the country.

Hola, hoy me gustaría hablaros un poco de una ensalada tradicional búlgara, que gusta a todo el mundo, no sólo a los búlgaros, sino también a los que han decidido visitar nuestro país.

Su receta es sencilla pero muy sabrosa

  • Cebolla, puede ser cebolla verde o cebolla vieja

Yeah it is similar salad. We are close countries so some of the tastes are shared.

I get it now how to add the images in ListNerds.. I put the code in the body of the e-mail ... there was a button where I must add the image .. well... new thing learned ;)

Your salad looks wonderful and healthy. I am going to give it a try soon. I will probably use white cheddar for the cheese. Thanks for sharing.
