Nowadays, the age of people deciding to wear makeup is increasingly decreasing. Strangely enough, I notice 12-13 year old girls as clowns walking the streets.

The sad thing is they don't realize that even without makeup they are beautiful. At 15-16 they've already started to master makeup techniques and have started to look like 30+ year old women, but when they speak you can tell how big they are.

If your child has decided to use makeup already, there is no stopping her. The best option is for you to buy them for her for the simple reason that she won't use the most horrible ointments and creams and ruin her skin at 15. You can show her how to make things happen so she looks her best without being another clown....
