@azircon had been on a downvote campaign for weeks against one of our tribe members. He then stated that he would be taking away all of his POB rewards. He then began to acquire POB for that purpose. Those are the reasons that I muted him. Do you disagree with muting @azircon for those reasons?

Can you be honest with data about why you're taking steps to downvote a user?
As I said, I'm not here to tell you who is right or wrong. I have a huge fondness for @lucylin, and I'm not happy that this is happening to him.
But it's like I said, what are the rules? Why wasn't @coininstant silenced when he started doing this with various community members? And several members knew he was doing it because it was even a topic of discussion.
What bothers me is the silence. Since there is no place to turn when there is a problem, the oracle we have to guide ourselves to would be you, but what security do we have when the oracle is silent? (oracle here is like figure of speech).
I have not withdrawn any POB from my trusteeship account and do not intend to withdraw any POB because I still believe in you, and I bet all my chips on you. I just feel that many are abandoned.
In my point of view @azircon is not correct, nor is @coininstant correct.
If the new rule is to mutate those with "hostile behavior", let's make this list, I'm not going to oppose the rule, but at least let's be fair and apply to everyone.
I saw recently on Discord that you said you would make a post as soon as possible, I hope you can bring solutions to the community, or at least open it up so that members who are willing to stay in it (and there are not a few) can feel confident about the decisions that are made.

That's exactly what I said. Most of us, I believe 99% want to see POB thrive.
These are great prices too buy. I will buy more .... just need to sell a few Bitcoin.

Downvoting is part of the system for people who disagree with rewards distribution. My take on it is to use it only for spam, but there are others that use it to disagree about reward distribution. It should not be seen as an attack. @azircon likely was removing 1 POB from a post he downvoted... hardly a drop in lucy's bucket.
We see too often what happens with Downvote Wars in Hive. It’s a mess.
I think downvoting should only be allowed to a perticular group looking out for plagiarism, abuse, scam etc. It should be used by individuals to settle their personal score. We need a proper mechanism to decide downvoting and abuse of reward pool. Everyone is excited about the POB community, it brought excitement in the community. It should thrive and prosper.
