how to keep the flow of productivity going

hello awesome people, it's a wonderful day for exchanging thoughts about our aliveness.

there's been a unique story from a personal experience on how to break the negative mood of laziness and bad feelings.

if there's one thing for granted for not to drift in this dark hole of negativity is to prevent yourself from slipping into it.

however, from time to time you can allow yourself to be lazy and have a very very passive day.

having one negative thought evokes another and another...to an endless stream of feeling sorry about yourself and doing nothing about it.

  • here's how:
    1-don't let your brain consumes you into it by letting it murmurs negatively about who you are.
    2- if you've already been caught up by it. it's gonna be difficult to cheer yourself up again. let alone creating a good mood in those circumstances becomes very difficult But,

if it's in terms of energy then there's only one economic solution for it.

Turn to your Good habits

having a habit repeatedly makes it effortless to do, so imagine that you have a habit of going out for a walk while listening to something useful as an audiobook that ultimately will result in rising your energy and recharge it again.

isn't that fantastic?

you'll be having knowledge and new acknowledgements of interest while walking to get back to your productive most amazing cheerful mood !
