What inhabits inside us

Inside us is something that has no name. It's what we are.
We cannot summarize or even explain ourselves, however many hours we have to do so. For we do not know all that we are made of, but we know that we are.
In the centre of our chest, we feel something we call our essence, what is it? Give it whatever name you like, I say that's what we are.
Our truth, which inhabits us, as well as being us entirely. It is within us, but it is also all that we are. And everything else just allows us to express what we are.
Have you seen the grandeur of our truth? And yet we dare to live by repressing it, being in unhappy lives and denying our purpose for being. We limit ourselves because we don't believe that we are all that we are. But we are.
