The battle of Xlanhuapec

Our story begins in the Great Northern Jungle, the legendary Lord Tehenhauin is with his small army of lizard men positioned to the north outside the capital Xlanhuapec.

Further north, an army of skavens, men with the appearance of rats, has been marching invading the capital's territories, they are very numerous.

Tehenhauin decides not to attack because he is outnumbered, instead he says he maintains his position and calls for reinforcements from the capital.

But the skavens led by Tyfusrat "The experimenter" continue to march using underground passage towards the capital Xlanhuapec.

Tehenhauin has no choice but to intercept the skaven army underground.

The army is found in the ancient underground passages, there are more than a thousand skavens, three for each lizard man. The chances in favor of the enemy were clear, but it was necessary to defend this passage and prevent the army of rats from reaching the capital.

Tehenhauin positions his flogger troops armed with blowguns in front, beside a pack of fire-breathing salamanders under his control. behind the infantry, and on the right a bastiodonte mounted by lizards with throwing spears.

The battle begins with the hordes of skavens, advancing against the army of lizard men who await the enemy charge in position. When the rats enter the range of the salamanders, a concerted rain of fireballs fills their field of vision and the rats burn hit by the first volley of fireballs, but that is not enough to stop the onslaught, the numerous rats continue to advance armed curved swords and stones the skaven get closer and closer to the army of lizard men.
The whipers start firing with their blowguns, keep skavens in droves but not enough to stop them, the rats armed with primitive slingshots start throwing a shower of stones on the salamanders and lizardmen, the lizardman infantry advances towards the rats and the army collide in a bloody battle, even though the skavens were in greater numbers their troops were basically composed of slaves with very bad equipment, and the stronger lizards, agile and with better equipment, exterminate dozens of rats every moment .

Meanwhile, to the right, the salamanders attack the crowd of rats but end up surrounded and start to be killed one by one, having to retreat not to end up annihilated.

On the flank, the stegodon advances ferociously against the rats by stomping and destroying a dozen with each charge, while the lizards on his back throw spears and more spears at the rats.

General Tehenhauin uses spells to protect and fortify the infantry bodies of lizard men and curses are thrown at the rats to make them weaker.

General Tyfusrat leaves the infantry of thousands of rats in the direction of Tehenhauin and begins to fight a duel, Tehenhauin kills the general of the rats without much effort, and the hundreds of skavens that remain alive on the battlefield begin to flee in frightening themselves by sprawling among the dark underground ruins.

And so is the end of the battle of Xlanhuapec with the undisputed victor of the legendary lord Tehenhauin against the forces of Tyfusrat The experimenter.

Well folks, this story was written while playing total war warhammer 2, it is a strategy game for computer I think some should know, but explaining is like a WAR that board game that you have to conquer 24 territories.

Basically this story was the first round of the campaign that I started with the race of lizard men, I had the idea of ​​trying to put into words the experience that I have playing this game in.

Nossa historia começa na Grande Selva do Norte, o Senhor lendário Tehenhauin esta com seu pequeno exercito de homens lagartos posicionado ao norte fora da capital Xlanhuapec.

Tehenhauin decide não atacalos por estar em desvantagem numerica, ao inves disse ele mantem sua posição e solicita reforços da capital.

Mas os skavens liderados por Tyfusrat "O experimentador" continuam marchando ultilizando de passagem subterraneas em direção a capital Xlanhuapec.

O Tehenhauin não tem escolha a não ser interceptar o exercito skaven nos subterraneo.

Os exercitos se encontram nas passagem subterraneas antigas, são mais de mil skavens, três para cada homen lagarto. As chances a favor do inimigo eram claras, mas era preciso defender essa passagem e impedir que o exercito de ratos chega-se a capital.

Tehenhauin posiciona suas tropas de açoitadores armados com zarabatanas nas frente, ao lado uma matilha de salamandras cuspidoras de fogo sub seu controle. atras a infantaria, e a direita um bastiodonte montado por lagartos com lanças de arremesso.

A batalha começa as hordas de skavens, avançam contra o exercito de homens lagartos que aguarda em posição a investida inimiga. Os açoitadores começam a atirar com suas zarabatanas, mantam skavens aos montes mas não o suficiente para conseguir parar eles, os ratos armados com primitivos estilingues começam a tacar uma chuva de pedras sobre as salamandras e homens lagartos, a infantaria de homens lagartos avança em direção aos ratos e os exercitos colidem em uma sangrenta batalha, por mais que os skavens estivessem em mair numero suas tropas eram basicamente compostas por escravos com pessimo equipamento, e os homens lagartos mais fortes, ageis e com equipamentos melhores, exterminam a cada momento dezenas ratos.

Enquanto isso mais a direita as salamandras investem contra a multidão de ratos mas acabam cercadas e começam a ser mortas uma a uma, tendo que recuar para nao acabarem aniquiladas.

No flanco o estegodonte avança ferozmente contra os ratos pisoteando e destruindo uma duzia a cada investida, enquanto os lizards em suas costas tacam lanças e mais lanças nos ratos.

O general Tehenhauin usa feitiços para proteger e fortificar os corpos da infantaria de homens lagartos e maldiçoes são lançadas sobre os ratos para deixar eles mais fracos.

Bem basicamente essa historia foi o primeiro turno da campanha que comecei com a raça dos homens lagartos, tive a ideia de tentar traduzir em palavras a experiencia que tenho jogando este jogo em.
