KYC is still needed if we want to use fiat currency to buy cryptocurrency. After that, we do whatever we want. Given this limitation, use use fiat currency to buy stablecoins, wait for the clearing period to clear, then we offload the stablecoins to wherever we want. Furthere organization of funds may be needed. After that, we do whatever we want.

Yes, in the case of going from fiat to crypto it's traceable without much anonymity. But less in the case of getting crypto from other means, mining, Hive, etc.
