Thoughts On The Process Of Starting A Business || How Scary Is It Really?
Starting a business. Becoming an entrepreneur and going into the great unknown of running your own establishment. This can be very scary stuff. Some would say frightful to downright deadly. The latter would be the dramatic people among us. And those dramatic people definitely exist. But nonetheless starting your own business is a very scary thing with varying obstacles to tackle.
It takes perseverance, determination, stubbornness, and many other possible skillsets depending on the road you want to take. Overcoming obstacles might take another set of skills as well. And to do this one needs to be in a mindset that differs from the norm. You can't think like the majority. The majority is inside the box, which you need to be outside of. This is of course easier said than done. I myself used to think I wanted to start my own business as soon as possible, but that soon changed. Nowadays I still battle for financial freedom in different ways, but not by starting a business. I will probably give it a shot later on in life. Who knows.
The biggest personal obstacle I'd have to overcome would be dealing with people. In particular the employees and customers. Dealing with people all on a different place on the mentality spectrum is challenging to say the least.
I recently confronted myself with these thoughts after following a speech by someone who started out as an entrepreneur as well. Another known obstacle to start a business is the money you need to get started. A little of things take money and that stuff doesn't grow on trees, last time I checked. To overcome this one can employ different tactics. Starting on a smaller scale is one of them, especially when things like loans aren't that easy to get.
Even starting with crypto can show us the same characteristics. Some might say you need some available funds to get into it. But others might say a platform like Hive and notice that you can start right here and start completely free. The currencies you invest are mostly time and energy, and then you're ready to earn. And in the same manner you can reinvest earnings and grow the scale bit by bit, until you are were you want to be. Or where you need to be.
Starting a business is obviously serious business, and one needs to be really sure what one want s to do and how it would work before starting. Are you starting your own business?

In starting up a business, I would say you should ensure it's something you really love or have passion for because in the long run when things might not be so rosy, your passion is one of the things that will keep driving you.
Also, keep in mind that just as entrepreneurship has it's numerous benefits, the beginning part will require a lot from you. Be ready to give it your all.
yes, passion is really important. I've heard lots of stories from entrepreneurs that have hit rock bottom who found motivation in the sheer passion for the core of their business.

Right on point!
If you start with a business partner and the roles are clearly divided and it's that person's strength, he/she could take that part upon him-/herself. Of course, that is in an ideal situation and it's not always a possibility 😅. !LOL
Besides, as an owner you should know all the ins- and outs of your company, so getting acquainted into that role is essential.
