PROPER WAY TO ENGAGE ON SPLINTERTALK
While this post centers on splintertalk, it also applied to other communities which only allow specific contents just like splintertalk.
Splinterland is growing massively day by day and records upto 10k spellbook purchases on a daily basis and because of this increase, engagement in Splinterland has also increased due to player wanting to learn new strategies and general information about the game and which they sometimes join the community for the posting incentives.
The visitors, when first page viewing the first page of Splintertalk they are immediately influenced by what they see, that is if they see quality content pointing toward different strategies and information, they will easily understand that this community is meant mainly for Splinterland and on the other hand if they see spammy, plagiarized and unrelated articles/posts they will think that this community covers all niche and this could make them do the same and this is why related and good quality content is adviced .
THE RIGHT USE OF TAGS
Tags are abused the most in splintertalk due to people wanting to earn all the tokens with a single post . They are niche specific communities in Hive blockchain and their tags should not be used except the post is related to that niche. Splintertalk is a community that centers only on Splinterland and so the post on Splintertalk should only be about Splinterlands.
ENCOURAGEMENT OF QUALITY CONTENT
It pains in the heart to put out time and resources to write a useful value giving post and not get any form of encouragement in the form of incentive. As the community is growing, many have discovered that writing useful and value giving post is the only way to earn on Splintertalk so they put out time to write quality content which should be encouraged by curators with high valued vote.
Inorder for this community to grow, content creator and Curators should put in more time and effort in both writing quality content and curating them so the new visitors or content creators will learn from them .

SplinterTalk should have content on Splinterlands, but also on their cryptocurrencies and events that might involve that. For example, I tagged #splintertalk on a post that I did on Hive Fest 2021, just because I referenced within that I hope to see Splinterlands team there (and probably that will happen). While is good to keep focus, it is quite good to extent that as much as possible with even borderline topics around it.
