Emirates Airline to accept Bitcoin and launch NFT

Crypto is growing in terms of adoption and it's good because this is what is needed for the crypto to get even bigger. Now crypto and blockchain are not just something to trade and make money out of it instead it has become a bigger ecosystem. There is a lot of development and innovations which is making it more popular because it's giving us options to choose as per our interest. Be it gaming, trading, staking, DeFi, NFT, and many more things that we have here and we can choose one or more to be part of the crypto ecosystem. With such announcements when big companies and brands announce to enter crypto makes a positive impact. Recently Gucci announced to start accepting crypto as payment and there have been many earlier and probably many more in the coming months.

There is another big news Emirates Airlines will start accepting bitcoin as payment and they will also launch their NFTs which will be tradable in their web portal. This is beyond crypto acceptance as they are not just going to accept crypto but also they are also going to launch NFT. We know that this year NFT is trending and doing well. Emirates is a leading airline from UAE that operates globally and with this crypto community will have the option to pay by crypto for their services and if they offer some promotional benefits then it will be even better to bring more demand in crypto.

Emirates, the largest airline in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), announced that it has plans to implement Bitcoin (BTC) payments and launch nonfungible tokens (NFTs) to be traded through the company's websites

Dubai seems to be doing good in crypto as recently crypto adoption was announced by a real estate company and now aviation is taking a lead. This is a big industry and if crypto is used for making payments then for sure it will increase the demand.

Travala.com is a website where we can book travel and hotels using crypto but we need more such initiatives and companies to make it more popular so that not just crypto lovers but also the people who are not in the crypto start doing it. This is going to be easy and probably great if they launch their NFT with some interesting use-case that may reward users through the loyalty program. NFT with use case gets more attention and if this happens it's likely to happen that this will be adding more value to the crypto ecosystem. If this trend is followed then more airlines may think of doing the same and no matter if the market is bearish but the ecosystem is growing and creating more demand.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation. True that Luna news is in trend these days. First it was for loss and now its for recovery plan and because of Luna this big news is king of not getting the attention it deserves. Emirates is such a big aviation brand and it can add great value to crypto. thanks for adding your valuable comment.

That's big news! I'm also wondering about the use case of their NFTs, is there any other than holding and trading.
Perhaps getting bonus air miles for holding would be something or some hotel discounts...and a way to the first class of course!

I'm curious to see how they use NFTs. Maybe they'll be used as tickets themselves, maybe as memberships for discounted flights.

One thing that are yet to be understand is that Crypto is growing wide and a lot people are accepting it as part of their daily transactions. Remember, when a entered one of the shopping mail and I was asked if I want to pay with crypto and I was wow! It has gone viral to be accepted like this. The crypto and blockchain are not just trading platform but it is a an ecosystem with universal endowment. This is a welcoming development in affiliation axis which which brings other development, inventions, innovations and investors.
