Passive income through traditional investment

We expect passive income in the crypto market and I believe this is one of the best segments available so far where this can be created with multiple options. I'm sure we are aware that the second source of income that we generate and for this income we need not put a lot of effort is called passive income. If this is a good amount then sometimes we can think about the primary income which we receive through another source but I always believe that there has to be one way which is primary and strong. Even if the income is not that big but also if it is fixed unreliable then we should stay with it.

Passive Income with Crypto

there are a bunch of options available in the crypto market that can be availed to restart the passive income and I know that it will take time because nothing happens overnight. We can choose any project that paid some interesting APR and can be considered as a good's passive income and even some projects pay these returns for the long. The price of the token is important in this case because based on that we can determine the value and in this market, it always happens that value can fluctuate a lot if there is more fluctuation in the market. I believe that as long as it is available then we should be enjoying it and when the price is low we should not be selling it out because that would not be the right decision.

Real Estate

Real estate can be another source of generating some passive income and we can consider rental as one of the options. Investing in the property requires a bigger amount but this also generates an option through which we can create a passive income in the form of rental and I have seen a lot of people doing this. If we are looking for diversification then along with cryptocurrencies this is also a good option to go for. Some of my friends are doing this and they are happy with the outcome because there are two benefits.

First, the value of the property appreciates over time so if you buy something today as per the current market rate then it is highly expected that after a couple of years, the price would increase.

Second, we also can generate the rental income by renting out the property iron this is made mostly every month. Even the rental is increased every year by approximately 10% or more depending upon the market. I think it is good however we cannot expect the kind of returns we can get in the crypto market but this is a good option to go with the diversification and to have something in place in the traditional option.

I have been going through this option for some time and trying to see if something can be done but I know it will require a lot of money. As of now, I do not want to invest anything in real estate but this will be my plan after a couple of years to buy a property that can be rented out and it will help me generate another source of passive income. I have been trying to create multiple sources for passive income I admit that crypto worked well for me but because there has to be some sort of diversification on the portfolio and for this reason, I want to go with some of the traditional options as well. Even though there are some plans offered by some companies where investing does not require a bigger amount in one go but they are sure to pay back some amount after a certain period. This is more like buying an insurance policy and expecting the repayment or the majority in parts which I don't like because this is not that much profitable.


Property is something that has been on the top for a long and I'm sure people would understand that this is not like crypto. Here the appreciation does not happen so fast and that too not on the multiples but its stable. Even if the growth is not so high in most cases but also it is a good option for investment because it is not volatile find the returns are also quite good and there is no fluctuation most of the time. This is a good option for our stable income and even in the same way, we can expect an appropriate price growth on the investment for the long term which can be a couple of years.
