Hive Blockchain Issues. Shame, @proofofbrainio! POB - Facts on Delegation And Mechanics
I had no idea I was delegated a few days ago.
I was doing curation already even without that.
POB dynamics: trolling, aggressivity and harassment allowed, votes farming, curators manipulating votes and cross-voting each other, etc, etc. just read. I didn't get into the whole story, I'm just explaining it once and this is the only time I am doing this.
This is a simple notification text to announce to those of you who counted on my help as newbies, from my Udemy courses, Quora, Minds, Twitter, or from this ecosystem, that I will no longer be able to help too much or as much as I thought.
After asking pertinent and fair questions to @proofofbrainio and after he stated that he delegated me for the work that I do in here, he decided to undelegated me 1h ago:

I already told him to get that delegation back since it upset others that they didn't get it.
I've seen POB curators in these last weeks that have instigated violence, trolled, farmed comments and likes, playing with their downvote. I am glad that I am not one of them anymore even by owning those 1000 POBs you have sent. It would be shameful.

I thought POB would be a place to bring my Udemy students in on Brain related stuff, NLP, psychology, behavior, etc. But what I've been seeing for over 1 month, disgusted me.
Whatever you have to say @proofofbrainio, we all saw what you stand for during these weeks.
I said I could do the same and send people to trash this place but that I care about the efforts we put in here and that I'll never do such things as others are doing in POB.
Even with positive and well-written articles, POB has doubtful management in this regard. Should there be a management in the blockchain?
I am sure many @proofofbrainio defenders have arrows to throw, I won't be answering any. So do your job, you'll get a delegation and some POBs for this. I'm sure that if you had those 1000 POBS delegated, guys, you wouldn't bark at @proofofbrainio. You like to pick on the smaller accounts, as I have noticed.
There were 2 women who have been called names in POB 2-3 weeks ago and nobody did anything. Me and another lady. You all laughed and voted those who did that.
I'll be helping others as I can, just as I did before. Even a small amount of HP or POB will help them start posting and engaging. I am not a big fish in this sea, but what I know is that I am not here to be trashed for some POBs and for the questioning behavior of the guys behind this front-end. And I am not talking about the whales here.

I do what I can. Since there aren't many community quests or challenges weekly, though there are 1-2 sometimes, I think new users should be helped. The @POB-fund received Friday 50% of our posts if we set them. But that doesn't mean they are sending the money to raise new users' engagement.
Let me know if you know someone in need of pobs. I don't have much now since I have staked them, but I will help those who want to post and engage. @proofofbrainio could do the same. But I doubt he will

They should just be prepared to encounter a variety of different opinions while using a decentralized platform. it almost amplifies the arguing that goes on, on all social media, with the financial gains factor included.
Just accept that some posts on Reddit are downvoted into oblivion as well as they are on Hive or proof of brain. It's all relative to the end-user, and the more interaction, for better or worse, the better in my opinion.
When it comes to trolling and the behavior I saw in POB, allow me to keep my skepticism. I have already sent an Educational announcement, as we have them in there, giving them a few other Hive places to go and start the engagement. I'm not using my 3% from Peakd registration for none of them, didn't share my referral link. This is no place for people that want to engage productively, offer and give constructive feedback. After what they did to me, I won't bring any person in anymore. I have some who followed me here and they told me today that they won't even post or engage around here with the reactions they have seen towards my identity and to my engagement. People are disgusted when they analyze for themselves and see how justice is done or un-done.

It has been my intention and I don't see this as untrue, to read all posts in the Proof of Brain community. By this I mean things you'll find with "hive-150329" being the first tag. If your comments have been down-voted out of spite, or jealousy or simple misogyny; it is kind of flaw in the platform. Anyone can flag anyone else. The counter measure, could be whales could compensate with up-votes when flags are put without cause. The front-end doesn't really lend itself to put a cause. The user clicks the down-vote button and then the user must add a reply if an explanation is forth coming.
I posted a link to news that at least 1 out of 225 patients in a town in British Columbia, Canada, got severe disabling side-effects from the Moderna vaccine. There is a lot in the video. I am just bringing it to the attention of others. This post was down-voted and I got no explanation whatsoever.
Although Steemfiles.com is not a complete social media app for Hive, it could be. I added a lot of functionality that you see in https://www.proofofbrain.io but I am concentrating on what you don't get from proofofbrain.io. It is important to add full posting of course.

Each particular experience has its own story. Personally, when I talk about my experience, I look for answers about that specific case. You got no explanation. I got poor ones. Anyway, it's all wild and nothing really respected from the downvotes reasons in here. It just goes on subjective interpretation. And when I ask them to justify clearly, they went on hypothetical scenarios where I would do something:))))) Instead of looking at all the shameful events that happened here 3 long weekends, while they tolerated hate speech in posts of the same bully. So, not downvoting violent speech/text but downvoting a person who said she can do stuff to defend herself! Fk it! None of the curators, nor Vem nor Proofofbrain had the decency to apologize to me for tolerating and even upvoting hate search texts when my name was trashed. This is POB and its best practices and policies. I was not the only woman who got attacked by the man in here. I only wish he could open and cut them up as he said he'd like and enjoy. It is much more in here than a downvote, dear. ...A simple excuse for tolerating HATE SPEECH would have been enough to see some decency, instead of a 1000 POB delegation. But, enough. I am talking about morals and values that might be unknown to some.

Here is the first post from 15 days ago, where lucylin called out regenerette for some flaws in her posts.
Here is the second post that was somewhat of a follow up to the first post, but it was pointing out how people can be misled by what people share, and regenerette was brought up again. This is where things got heated, I would say.
In this post, there is a comment which hits at these allegations that are being made by regenerette about the "cutting her up". It is quite clearly stated metaphorically by lucylin (he even states it is). I've found no other mentions of this in any other posts (if I'm wrong about this, please drop in the link because your allegations about this are serious).
Here is the latest post by juanmiguelsalas where he brought up the interactions from the previous post and asked the question, should personal issues be brought up to deflect from arguments?
There was a heated exchange and within a comment regenerette said "I could also downvote stuff and send others to put them on their knees.". I downvoted the comment 100% for this and because I thought she labelled Juan as a troll. The latter was a misunderstanding on my part and I rectified the downvote to 50%.
I've bowed out of this exchange with regenerette in all honesty. It's been a chore, but I thought at least you should have all the information as it seems to be getting spun up from some comments I'm seeing. It's ironic given that regenerette made this comment yesterday to phusionphil;
Picking this all apart and making a post is starting to be an attractive prospect. For now, people can look it over and make up their own minds. Everything on the blockchain stays on the blockchain, it ain't going nowhere.

I guess as I iterate through the posts, people comment after and then I get busy on the newer posts. Graphical descriptions of violence involving another member isn't becoming of members of this community.

Can you not see the complete lack of understanding for how twisting words and putting out such allegations can cause serious problems for not only those who are blamed but also for the platform? It's a far cry from someone making a post calling someone out for flaws in their logic and information.

They might like conflict and drama, instead of focusing on helping newbies. And building on feedback, instead of denying things that have happened.

The rest is their business. I had the decency to make a short article, without print screens of the REAL messy stuff behind this and how I got contacted and threatened by POB ppl outside POB.

Do whatever you want. You are 5-6 people who engaged in this since day one and supported the bully. The evidence is there. Plus the life threats. Be sure you know what you're getting in.
I won't be answering any of you, instead, I will pass all the evidence to others that know what to do with this kind of thing. Also, I will make it public everywhere in Hive and on the centralized websites. Further measures for this can be taken. I wanted to leave this virtually done. But if this continues I will put everyone in the same spot and bring into the light what has really happened. As I stated: This is only 1% of what happened with this story here in POB.
There's also an infarctionality Internet service that goes global, aside from ICC that looks into this kind of matter, even in the decentralized spaces. If you wish to get involved or others, you will see that I am willing to fix this legally. There's also a national service for complaints about this internet threats in each country.
There is a clear reason why I won't write about this here anymore. As I stated: I will put facts in practice, instead of words. Meanwhile, do whatever you wish, just understand that this story continued with life threats made by POB users and identified by others in the blockchain that are willing to stay by my side.
These POBS might cost a few people in here more than their actual value for the things that they have started in POB and done aside POB.
This is my last good gesture to make you understand that you might not know the whole story but I see you are brave enough to continue this here. Even if I have decided to stop it for the well of this community.

If you want to pull me into a legal battle for this then you can be my guest (can't speak for others obviously). I'll stand on your side if your allegations about life threats are true since that is unacceptable, but I'll not be made out to be a bully or to be seen as supporting harassment when it couldn't be further from the truth.
