Paris Maze and Wonders - I Need Some Help Here!

Hi, again!
I'm "jumping in" to show you a simple thing that I did from a photo of Paris graffiti.
This is one of the biggest graffiti I have seen in Paris in 2009!
I went back last year looking for it, BUT I don't remember where I have taken the picture. I was taking pictures everywhere back then with everything that amazed me.
I feel so bad that I don't know its name or who did it!
I looked for it online and couldn't find it....YET
Couldn't find that symbol either, the meaning of the cross on the handkerchief. I have read that some legionaries in the past had those. But I really wish I had more info.
So, if any of you know anything about this piece of art, would you, please, let me know?
