Trip to Village || Unique kind of EXPERIENCE!!

It has been a long time, since I have traveled without a reason! More like for pleasure or getting a stress free ride. I was planning this trip for quite some time but as usual the lockdown has been really getting ahead of us. Finally it happened! I went to my village home along with my brother and sister in this trip. It was not that great but considering the time (lockdown) it was more than enough to get away from everyday hassle and also acted as a refreshment.

One of the reason, why the trip dis not went well was the weather! It was gloomy and I almost drenched in rain. But the weather while we were traveling was changing after every 5 minutes. It was, as if the we were crossing different time zone and weather was acting that way. It was raining for 5 minutes and as soon as we crossed that place, it was shiny and not even a drop of rain was present. Overall the journey was pleasant due to this dance of rain and sun all along the way.

As soon as I reached my village home, I was kind of stunned. As I was visiting the place after a long time almost everything has changed. All the village aroma in the air, that feelings of being in village was somehow not present. It was as if, village has suddenly turned to city without even any warning. But there were some surprises waiting for us. Once all the greetings and hugs were taken care of with the relatives I went outside and saw some pleasant views along with 100's of pigeons on the roof top.

Without any further delay I went to the roof top and saw the pigeons were eating something and the sound of theirs were echoing all across the roof. It was indeed one of the best thing to watch. I also played with them for a while, like when they were having their food I rushed towards them and they flew away. Did it couple of times and stopped by the way before they got angry towards me.

I tried to capture some of the images while the pigeons were flying but unlucky I am as because whenever I tried to capture their images they started flying and whenever I tried to get close to them with my phone they detected me as a threat and went away flying. But luckily I got some images when they were flying.

This one was probably the best one among the others. I definitely need a SLR camera for this kind of situation. Tightly in grip and hoping to get one asap. So that I do not miss this sort of scenarios in the coming days ;) Fingers crossed for the camera!

My grand mother is very fond of plantings plants. Which is why she probably made a small garden in front of the house with all these flowing plants and other fruit plants as well. She had this wish from the very beginning that she would always have a garden in front of the house.

As you can see there are different kinds of plants and all of them were nurtured by grandmother and she always takes a good care of them at all times. Somehow I also have a wish to make a garden in front of my house. Probably will happen someday and if it happens, it would be a great pleasure as I am liking the environment of village more than the busy environment of the city. If I ever get the chance I would definitely choose village over the city. One day! One day!

Overall, this trip was really necessary for me. As I was getting bored and all this one sided stay at home was really getting on my nerves. Although, there was a high tension on mind about the fact of corona. I tried to take all the precautions that we can while this trip. Took sanitizers and used it in all the way possible.

While hopefully this corona issue will disappear soon and we will get to lives as we did in the past. And the situation is getting worse in our city and country. Without any valid reason it is better not to get out of home. And always take precaution before going out. Stay safe!
