Guild Brawls With Pizza 2 - 100% Wins and Champion = A Perfect Brawl!

Time flies! Just completed the 64th brawl with my awesome guild, which is none other than Pizza 2 The Deep Dish!

• Fun In The Discord Chats

Really appreciated the interaction in the Discord chats within the Pizza guilds. During the preparation phase, there's a lot of information sharing and discussion on who to fill each fray. During the brawls, there were reminders to members to complete their brawl battles. And after the brawls, there were celebratory messages and some members (including me) would write about our experience in the brawls. Aside from brawls, I thought the donations were also very well organised and tabulated, with lucky draws to incentivise donors as well.

• Staying In Bronze Fray

For this brawl, I decided to stick to what I fought in the last fray, which was Fray 6, which was 3/2/2/1. I felt I was starting to find my grove and this fray is neither too difficult nor too easy for me.

Had 4 battles this time and it was not an easy round, especially when they have recently introduced 3 rulesets for each battle. Moreover, I have rented out most of my cards because I was playing lesser these days.

• We Got 1st!!!

So for the final result, we were 1st out of 10 guilds and got 700 Merits and around 18 SPS! Our erratic form somewhat produced a stunning champion for this brawl!

Individually, I had only 4 fights this time and I won all of them!! 3rd in the guild! Not what I was expecting but WOOHOO!

Let's jump into the battles!

Battle 1 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Gorth and Chimney Wallstop

The double Gladius strategy was used in this battle and the Gorth/Chimney Wallstop combination was unstoppable once again! It was a very comfortable win against a Legendary summoner and my damage output was far superior. My summoner definitely deserved the MVP for the use of two Gladius cards!

Battle 2 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Trapp Falloway

After a Fire battle, let's move on to a Death fight. The triple ruleset once again posed challenges to the lineup selection. Fortunately, I had Drybone Raider which came with a Ranged attack and the 1 damage per round turned out to be very important because this battle lasted a whooping 16 rounds!

Battle 3 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: None

After a trip to the heaty Fire and scary Death, let's move onto the wet Water battle. Once again, Sea Monster proved to be too strong in this low mana battle and secured an easy win for the team.

Battle 4 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Isgald Vorst

My win rate for Water lineups is much higher than the rest of the elements and my opponent's Level 1 team was never going to cause any problems. Swamp Spitter played a very vital role with Repair ability and in the end, all 6 cards remained standing all the way till the end of the battle. Easily one of the most one-sided battles in recent times.

So that sums up my 4 battles for this brawl! 100% win rate but it's pleasing to see that I am clocking convincing wins for non-Water lineups too!
