Inkwell writing prompt - Temptation

Everyone were against his opinion, no one acknowledge him, he was not happy, he knew it was a temptation but the truth is, only him can not make a forest.

He didn't want to be thrown out of the organization, he was an intelligent employee, his intentions was for the growth and development of the organization, although his Superior tends to believe that, his opinion was not good enough to be chosen among others.

Topisto organization was having declined in sales of their products, Mr. Ebuka a renown marketer, who obtained a first class merit in Marketing, gave his idea about how to go on and what to do, to tackle the challenges that the organization was facing, he outlined the seven P's of marketing and vividly enumerate the procedures to follow Inorder to achieve this aims, but since he was a newly employed staff, his opinion was taken for granted and could not be selected by Topisto board of trustees, they tend to look down on his ideas.

After a long period of time, the organization went ahead with their chosen plan and at the end, the actual goals which was to achieve more sales and increase in market shares was undefeated, the aims was still at zero degree and that was when, the board of trustees approved to attained to any ideas which may come either outside or Within the organization body.

The manager Called for Mr. Ebuka's attention, since he once has something to contribute.

"Good morning, Sir" the manager sent for you. said by the messenger.

"Thank you". I will be in his office right away. Mr. Ebuka, replied.

Not up to a minute after rounding up what he was doing, he got up and present himself in the manager's office.

"Good morning, Sir, Ebuka Said.

"Good morning" have a seat, the manager replied.

He started by saying that, for good twelve years, Topisto company has been doing very well, it just few years ago, before you were employee as a staff, that we start having difficulties in sales and declined in market shares.

We have tried with all our efforts, but still can not get to where we want to be, therefore, the board of trustees has given me the authority to acknowledge whoever has something to contribute to the organizational challenges, be it our worker's or anyone outside the organization.

"Thank you for giving me this privilege sir" Mr. Ebuka Said.

Mr. Ebuka draw out his pen and outlined what he thinks the company is lacking and the reason for the declined in sales and market shares, when topisto organization, adopt the approach of Mr. Ebuka and work towards it, the organization challenges was solved and they was increase in sales, Topisto organization took his place again in the market.

Mr. Ebuka was promoted to the position of a marketing manager of Topisto organization, and since then no one question his ideas again in the organization.

They overlooked Mr Ebuka idea not knowing it was his idea that will change their company.
