His wife was lying down suffering from malaria, Mark was a hunter so he had come home with many herbs for his wife to take but each of the herbs he took showed no signs of recovery in her health, until that day Mark went to pray to GOD, he prayed that his wife should recover from the disease.

He was happy for Roseline's recovery, so that day he went hunting and could not come back home, the first sign that shows that things were not going very well with him was when his son Andrew was crying without seeing a thing in the house, Roseline was surprised about it and she started to think about the reasons why her son cries like that.

The night came and Mark has not returned home, he had stayed in the bush for about three days because once a person enter this forest, a person can only take a few days to get out.

The gods of the forest took pity on Mark and opened the forest door for him. Mark came out of the forest but he was no longer himself, he could not understand himself, it was his fellow community member who took him home to his wife and children, Mark got tired and Roseline thanked the good fellow who had brought her husband back.

Mark slept for two hours and Roseline woke him up, he was hungry and thirsty, she fed him and gave him water to bathe, Mark was not himself until that moment, he only realised when he heard his son crying.

He called his wife Roseline and she was happy to see a great change in her husband, from the moment he came home. Mark finished bathing and told his story to his wife, he carried his son Andrew in his arms and talked about the forest closing on him to make him leave.

He says the only thing that saves him is the crying of his baby, because while he was in the forest, he could hear his baby talking to him, telling him to come home and make a big family, he explains that he is happy to be back home safe and sound, despite the hardships he has been through in the last few days.

He still loves his hunting career and, at the same time, does not want anything bad to happen to his wife and children.
