Debemos tener mucho cuidado cuando rogamos u oramos porqué el Universo siempre nos responde; pero esa respuesta va a estar acorde con nuestro verdaderos deseo, los que guardamos en nuestro corazón y no con lo que creemos que desear con nuestro intelecto. Mi maestro nos decía “la emoción es el combustible que hace posibles nuestros deseos”.

El universo siempre responde a los ruegos del hombre según lo que ha pedido. Lo importante aquí es discriminar entre lo que uno creé que desea, bien porqué aparentemente nos es más conveniente y provechoso o satisface alguna necesidad apremiante; pero ¿cuántos de nosotros hemos logrado una respuesta a un ruego que no nos satisface sin darnos cuenta de haberlo hecho?. El Cuarto Camino nos enseña que “Su nivel de ser atrae su vida”, en otras palabras “uno hace (obtiene) lo que es”. La razón por la cual ocurre esto se debe a que es nuestro contenido, entendido como lo que guardamos en nuestro corazón, los modelos que hemos heredado de nuestra familia, en fin lo que somos en realidad, lo que atraemos a nuestra vida mediante el ruego.
The universe always responds to the requests of man according to what he has asked for. The important thing here is to discriminate between what we think we want; either because apparently it is more convenient and profitable for us or it satisfies some pressing need; but how many of us have achieved an answer to a request that does not satisfy us without realizing that we have done so? The reason why this happens is because it is our content, understood as what we keep in our hearts, the models that we have inherited from our family, the way we think about life, among others; in few words, what we really are; that is what we are going to attract into our lives through the pray or request to the Universe...

Por el contrario, cuando pensamos en las causas y las cambiamos todo cambia porqué esto pertenece al pensamiento consciente.
It happens in countless cases that people can unconsciously seek misery, without being aware of what they are doing. That is the importance of honesty and sincerity in this Work. Alguien puede pedir felicidad con el intelecto pero no estar consciente de que factores rigen su vida y su ser; tales como estados negativos, odios, antipatías, falta de empuje para hacer las cosas, solo por mencionar algunas. Esa persona puede pedir algo completamente diferente a como siente, a su contenido y el Universo le dará sólo lo que está acorde con ese contenido debido a que eso es lo que en realidad siente y es. Si a esa persona le gustan los estados negativos, entonces su voluntad está impregnada con esa cualidad y eso será lo que obtendrá. Esa persona puede obtener respuesta que no desea ni espera, sin tener consciencia de que las está atrayendo. Pero no se desanime, dele gracias al Universo porqué está leyendo esto. ¿No será que usted ya está deseando ser más consciente, que ya ese deseo de cambio ha comenzado a transformar su contenido?
Someone can ask for happiness with the intellect but not be aware of the factors that rule his life and his being; such as negative states, hates, dislikes, lack of drive to do things, just to mention a few. That person can ask for something completely different from how he feels, from his content and the Universe will give him only what is in accordance with that content because that is what he really feels and is. If that person likes negative states, then his will is imbued with that quality and that is what he will get. That person can get answers that he does not want or expect, without being aware that he is attracting them. But don't get discouraged, thank the Universe since you are reading this.
