You hire someone to work in your business. Now you have to delegate your task to that person. You hesitate to do that. You are worried that he might be unable to do things like you do. You have to learn how to delegate. You cannot grow your business if you don't delegate your tasks. Delegate small tasks first and see how he is doing. Give him all resources to complete the task.
