Sometimes we do something because that's our habit. And we just cannot avoid doing that. So does that add any value to our work or life? If you do something because that's your addictive behavior, you should change that.

To get rid of addictive behaviors, you need to identify those addictive behaviors first. Then you can make your move to change that habit. You can find triggers that make you do that. If you stop the triggers, you can avoid doing that. You can also substitute those addictive behaviors and make new ones that add value. Let's watch this video.

Thank for the post, additive to so many is bad, because it will affect your life.

Because if you don't act on it you will hurt yourself, for example if are addicted eat at same time talking.

You can hurt yourself, or addicted to eat with three meat all time, the day you won't see any you will not want to eat.

And you will not like to eat the food because you see as if you are suffering.

Brilliant! Too much of things is not good, according to some elders that say addictive to any of your act is not good
Example
if you're addicted of be taken 🍺 Evey day is a bad thing doing by you. Which not good for your life.
Addiction on any act is not good!

Definitely this is just a perfect one from you and I can say this vididly that many are out there's struggling with one attitude or the other,to me this is a good wake up call to actually helped those that are in need of help to get it.

It is very important that those attitude or behaviours should be recognised and worked on,let me say this sharing not here might be too hard for some set of people ,cause lot of things that people get addicted too today goes beyond what can be typed easily.

But it will be very helpful and good if those act can be worked on or even managed,but to me I Will have love to say visiting a specialist will be of more help in controlling this cat and finally getting ride of it.

Interesting read. Indeed we must first recognize any addictive behavior first if we intend to do a way with it. With this one might linger in certain behavior pattern and end up getting used to it.

I believe many people have one or two things that holds them back, the earlier we should cut this off, the better for our Life or work.
