You know how important it is to set deadlines. In this video, I talked about how to set good deadlines. When you set the deadline, the first thing you should make sure that it is realistic.
If you set a deadline that is not realistic, you set yourself to fail. The next thing is, you should ensure high quality. If you just do something for the sake of doing it, that will not get you there where you want to be. You need to meet the deadline, it does not mean the quality of work will be low.
