Always have faith in yourself, console yourself before anyone does, forgive yourself before anyone does, believe in yourself before anyone does. Though as the saying goes no one is an island of knowledge, yeah! That's right but you have to feel all these about yourself, it's not like you are feeling proud but because you know what you are doing because only your actions can attract reactions.
If you feel depressed have a rest, if you feel strange get to know the reason behind it and get familiar, if your instincts tell you to continue moving don't ever stop don't ever slow down for anything just continue as far as your heart don't stop beating because time will tell.
