very unique and attractive crane fly posing on the leaves - [08]

Hello all my friends, have a nice day wherever you are and in good health always. I'm back today with some stock of stork flies or this kind of Limoniinae that I found today.

Because the day I stepped out and circled the Aceh forest area to hunt for macro objects for my post today, and not in vain I got one of the crane fly species crawling on wild leaves on wild plants in this forest.

And after I saw it and at that moment I took some perfect angles to see the interesting side of this species of Limoniinae, because this crane fly has a very unique body and has the shape of a small and long leg.

The Limoniinae are a paraphyletic assemblage of genera within the crane flies, Tipulidae, although they can usually be distinguished by the way the wings are held at rest. Limoniines usually hold/fold the wings along the back of the body, whereas other tipulids usually hold them out at right angles.Wikipedia

And as usual, I will capture some interesting macro objects from this kind of Limoniinae crane fly and I hope you like it and can enjoy some pictures of the results of hunting in the forest today.

According to my knowledge I have never seen this insect any time.

A question is coming to my mind that how you can notice is very little thing ? And what's the reason behind it.
