I like the pink sample you made, the cables are showing quite strongly. I can totally see this pattern on the jumper. I think it would look unique.
Where are you planning to use these patterns? Any ideas yet?

I love the sculptural qualities of cables!
I'm developing techniques that I can use creatively in the Travelling Books project that I wrote about a few weeks ago. One of the themes is Towers and Chimneys, so I was thinking about a design for that. But I want to combine many techniques together in one piece (only 6/15 x 6/15 inches/cms so manageable)! I'll be working on a design for the first entry this week, now that the samples are done.
Apart from socks, which are my relaxation knitting, I'll be working more on designs and fragments over the coming months, rather than making garments.
Have you bought any of Georgia's patterns yet?
