My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2019
Hello everybody! It’s me here again and thanks for joining me and welcome to my fitness report this wonderful Sunday. I hope you’re all having fun with your stepping activities or whatnot today.
As for me, well, I started a little bit later this morning doing some warmup exercises and calisthenics in the living room and at the same time trying to watch the news on TV.
And right after I was done exercising, I went walking around the neighborhood for a short time and came back home just before ten o'clock. At home I rested in the couch and watched more news then fixing myself a light breakfast.
Come afternoon, I went back out again to the neighborhood leisurely walking for a few blocks and returned home. I wanted to take it easy today and I did just that.
Nevertheless, today’s stepping activity was fun and enjoyable and I got out my fitness workout done trying and maintaining lifestyle that’s healthy that fits my personal goal.
