Dealing With Phbd Was Easier Than I Thought

Just about 23days ago, the Leofinance Team wowed us all with the mechanism/technique to solve the less supply of Hbd in the market. Since the pool went live, I have seen several posts from users detailing how they successfully added liquidity to the pool. But particularly for me, I haven't tried any of the steps given, not until today. So, What was my experience like?

Well, Before now, I only had the experience with polycub-Usdc which I'm currently adding liquidity on with two different wallets. The process was easy and straightforward as I only dealt with Binance, polycub, & sushi interface. But for Phbd-Usdc, I was looking forward to using the wrapping tool built by the LeoFinance Team.

Hbd Wrapper

https://wleo.io/ it's a wrapping tool that converts native tokens to their respective equivalents on different blockchains. At the time of this post, Wleo supports only Ethereum, Binance, Polygon, and Hive Blockchain.

The website UI, wrapping, and unwrapping functions were satisfying to use. It's got the simplest and most eye-catching display. Who would ever imagine wrapping Hive Blockchain native tokens (HIve & Hbd) would be so easy? Leo Team made it possible. After filling out the form displayed above, I instantly got a successful response from @p-hbd.

I hope sometime in the future, once there are enough Hbd out there, the option to wrap Hbd won't be limited to just hive accounts.

Phbd Contract Info

For anyone willing to wrap their Hbd and add the liquidity to the pool, Below are the info needed.

  • pHBD Contract Address: 0x6d969cea201e427d2875724fd4e8044833fbc7f4

Copy the address above to Phbd as a custom token into your private wallet

The above link is for wrapping the hbd. Just as I explained in the previous paragraph. Paste your private wallet address, then enter the amount of hbd you need to wrap, then, approve the wrap call via your signer.

From the farm page, the pool requires pHbd and Usdc. My wallet has only pHbd & USDc is left to be added. You can get usdc from https://app.sushi.com or from external exchanges. once done, head to https://app.sushi.com/add/0x2791bca1f2de4661ed88a30c99a7a9449aa84174/0x6d969cea201e427d2875724fd4e8044833fbc7f4 to add liquidity with the two tokens.

Once adding liquidity is successful, we can now farm with it by staking the lp.
