Like minded people are certainly the mainstay of a great community but what makes a fantastic community is also diversity and we have such great diversity on Hive that it is a worldwide extended family

Just one example of community engagement. In CTP, @elianaicgomes is the go to support person. However, there is the Telegram group for CTP where new people get welcomed and someone is always around to answer questions and help out. And we can put our post links up there to let people know what content we're creating and others in the community can go and show their support.

The commitment that you can have for a community or rather you should have is to be participatory and help members in any problem they have, also try to attract more people for the community to grow and strengthen. We have to be united and work together like a hive of bees where all of them contribute their grain of sand.
