When I think of the color violet, I think of our kitchen when I was a kid. This is because my mother always had at least 1 violet (the flower) and usually several on the kitchen window sill. So that brings back all the feelings of a carefree life as a child and the smells of food cooking.

I thought about the movie charlie and the chocolate factory about the scene were violet ate the gum that changed different flavors and she startet filling with juice and her face turned violet and her father said your turning violet violet.
