For the question
Aside from God factor, I'll say that I can't live without an Android with an internet connection.
That's me being serious.
The Why is because, all my activities are based on me being online and if I just stay away from my phone for just 1 hr, I'll look like as if I've stayed away from the world for a century because everything will look new, both shopping offline and distribution of goods, hiving and sales of my product in jumia.com. Yeah, am a bolt rider (ride share) and I must be online in order to get my customers.
My Android phone is just like a copy of my history.

Hello @ddn688 - A theme seems to be a good internet connection, how times change. I agree that the world today is very much reliant on technology and the connectivity that this brings.
When growing up, for me I couldn't live without my pushbike as this afforded me the connectivity that I craved and the need for adventure
In todays world, yes I am ensconced into the world of tech and rely also on things such as electricity and internet etc,
However when it comes down to it I don't think I could live without connection to the earth and knowing that I can still move amongst it

In this digital world I believe that I could not live without internet, besides the internet is my source of income at the moment, because of my online work, in this country that is plunged in an atrocious hyperinflation and the high unemployment rate.
hello @edgerik - The world has become a very different place in just the last 18 months and Internet connectivity has certainly become a mainstay in our cultural ways of being.
It is a way of connecting with others, providing income for many and above all else assisting in the sanity of millions

One thing that i cant live without beside food and water is some sort of activity to keep me engaged. I love to stay busy and want to keep myself engaged in some work.
Hello @harpreetjanda - The obvious is food and water but for many, it seems, secondary in their thought processes, I guess many take food and water for granted, however being able to grow food gives a whole different perspective on this very crucial need.
Activity allows us to be energised, oxygenated and leaves us with a great sense of satisfaction and achievement.

Congratulations Edgar @edgerik for winning the spin today. If I had not been taking my Shaklee food supplements for the last 40 plus years I would probably not be alive today. Giving up tabacco and alcohol helped a lot too. Also I think God keeps me going for the purpose of serving others in many ways ... sort of a family tradition.
Hello @kenwolff - I agree that looking after oneself in the physical and the spiritual is something that we all need in life.
I too am grateful for giving up Tobacco, and have never regretted or looked back.
Helping others is also great food for the soul :)
