MY HOBBIES
It's well said that an idle hand is the devil's workshop and,in regards to this many people are affixed with one hobby or the other to promote their personal relationship with other individuals.
Speaking in person, I am a fan of some hobbies which have drastically aided and improved my intellectual abilities. Of all these hobbies are reading, writing and educating.
To begin with, of all my hobbies, the one I am mostly fond with is reading, of a truth reading has really helped my intellectual development. I discovered the usefulness of reading while I was at my elementary school, Class 4 commonly called primary 4 in Nigeria educational system.
From the period of my discovery of the important of reading, my educational performance has improved tremendously. I decided to choose reading because it has really helped me in discovery of new words, built my spelling skills, increased my reading speed, and helped in discovery of new innovations, ideas and more fun fare events.
Writing is also one of my major hobbies, It's very beneficial to me that my reading skill also help to promote my writing skill. Most times I spend my leisure researching and writing them down. Further more I use writing as a means of expressing my feeling and ideas.
Lastly another thing I enjoy doing at leisure and never get tired is educating others so they can gain more knowledge. To educate others brings me joy and motivate me to study more because a teacher must be a good learner since readers are leaders. Its most certain that all these hobbies have really built my self esteem and personal relationship with others both physically and socially.

I agree with the first sentence you say , wasting time does not lead to anything good , my grandmother said that bad thoughts are promoted
The ability to teach is usually a gift because it requires patience and care. If someone is lacking those, then they might not be good teacher. But I am sure you have that covered.
