20,000 CENT POWER!

avatar

image.png

It took me two months to reach 10,000 staked CENTS. Beginning 18th of May, I stopped accumulating CENT and started to record the approximate monthly return of 100 USD worth of CENT based on content creation and curation. As stated in my previous posts, the reason for doing this is to come up with a basis for a comparative analysis of layer two tokens in my list.

Based on my computation, CENT gave me an 11.82% return in USD in one month period. From 18 May to 18 June, I received a total of 1,507.41 CENT as content creation and curation rewards. Out of that number, I sold 1,223.11 and I am still holding 284.3. In HIVE, that’s a total of 24.01 and in USD, 11.82.

DateCENT EarnedCENT SOLDIn HIVEIn USD
18 May64.9464.941.130.6328
25 May370.69370.695.932.84
01 June3473475.032.71
05 June198.48198.482.91.56
06 June75.3275.321.120.8384
10 June166.68166.683.101.612
18 June284.300.004.81.63
TOTAL1,507.411,223.1124.0111.82

Out of 24.01 HIVE, I utilized 19.93 of that to buy SPT and CTP. With that amount, I bought 5,863 SPT and 105 CTP. In other words, I used 16.8 HIVE to buy SPT and 3.13 HIVE to buy 105 CTP.

In the case of SPT, once the SPS airdrop stops, I am thinking of allowing the token to follow its natural course in terms of growth. This means that I would stop buying it and I will only focus my comparative analysis on three coins: CENT, CTP, and LEO.

Today, I also completed my 5,000 CTP goal to be staked at ListNerds. My total staked CTP at ListNerds is now 4,916.595 and I am now holding a total of 115.899 CTP in Hive Engine. Once the connection with Hive Engine and ListNerds has been restored, I am thinking of transferring 84 CTP to ListNerds to complete that 5,000 goal.

My next target is to increase my stakes in CTP at ctptalk.com and LEO at LeoFinance. Once I am done accumulating 100 USD worth of each of these tokens, I can finally have a basis to compare which of these three tokens is more profitable in terms of giving a monthly return.

For now, I can resume my accumulation of CENT. This time, my goal is to grow my stake to 20,000.

Grace and peace!

I noticed that you requested the #Ecency team to Boost your post, though you did not use the maximum Boost worth more or less a $3.33 upvote that costs 500 Ecency Points, because you use up more Points than you earn as I see from here. 😅

Wow! You have a lot of ecency points. My remaining points is just 166 and that's why I can't boost my post. It will take some time for me to consume that. A great thanks for that! 😂🤩

Just publish an article once a day on Hive and try to request Boosting worth 500 #Ecency Points each, and you will consume all your Points in just about 10 days. 😏

If you have a really long comment (preferably with at least one picture), you can also request Boosting for it. 😏

By the way, if you are very active using #Ecency, you can earn 500 Ecency Points every 3 to 4 days. 🤓

Thanks for the CTP! 😀 Have a !PIZZA in return! 😁

By using the #Ecency frontend, you earn Ecency Points corresponding to the activity you do and how many times you already have done the activity for the day. 🤓

  • Posting = 15 for first post, 11.25 for second post, 7.5 for third post, and 3.75 for fourth post
  • Commenting = 5 for first comment, 4.667 for second comment, 4.333 for third comment, and so on until 0.003 for the 15th comment
  • Voting (both upvotes and downvotes) = 1 * (chosen Voting Percentage) for the first vote, 0.95 * (chosen Voting Percentage) for the second vote, 0.9 * (chosen Voting Percentage) for the third vote, and so on until 0.05 * (chosen Voting Percentage) for the 20th vote
  • Heartbeat (while using the #Ecency frontend on any platform) = 0.25 every 15 minutes
  • Daily use = 10 per day
  • Reblogging

Regardless, by publishing posts using #PeakD instead of #Ecency, you can also edit the post permlink and make further customizations visible only on PeakD and a few other Hive dapps. 🤓

Tokens on a blockchain are usually not truly decentralized, nor are designed for decentralization. 🤓 I assume that you already know a few games on the Ethereum blockchain where fungible and non-fungible tokens can be banned by the developers, making them (almost) useless. 🤓😏

After all, there is a saying that "there is no such thing as perfect". 🤓 Nevertheless, we can still contribute to decentralization for our favorite blockchains by doing some or all of the following: running nodes, mining, staking funds, or simply using them. 😏 !PIZZA !CTP

I love to sell but not at a bargain price like that. I remember LISTNERDS when it went down from 2 HIVE to 0.20, many disposed of their tokens, but I refused to join them. After three days, it bounced back to 1.40 HIVE. That's the time I sold 5 LISTNERDS around 1.38 I think. N0w the price fell again to 0.79 HIVE and so I would rather hold it. The fair price for me is between 1.00 to 1.50.

Thinking about the low prices - keeping the prices of Hive tip tokens (such as !LOLZ) low will make it cheaper for Hive users to buy enough of those tokens to start tipping them. 🤓

How much LISTNERDS and !CTP have you invested on #ListNerds before you started withdrawing your earnings there? 🤔😏

In the case of LISTNERDS, I started unstaking when it reached 1,000. Afterwards, I also unstake any token that exceeds the round number.

In the case of CTP on ListNerds, I started transferring the rewards to HE when I reached 5k. My goal this time is to reach 100 USD worth of CTP at ctptalk.com.

I know that. I need to come up with a "fair price" for CTP just like what I did with CENT. I still value 10k CENT as 100 USD though last time it fell down to just 50 USD. Still, a long way to achieve that goal. I think I already kept a record for that.

Most automatic proofreaders won't notice the lack of a word on sentences, because they look only at how the words form the sentences, not their meaning. 🤓 On the other hand, human proofreaders can be expensive, and you can't call them all the time when you publish posts and comments. 😅

I see online translation websites that charge at least $0.05 per word (not per sentence) for manual professional translation. 💸😅 Proofreading is definitely cheaper, since a professional translator also needs to proofread their own translation, which should be charged too. 🤓😏

500 Hive Power has already too much Resource Credits to spend even if you post daily and comment 30 times per day. 😅 However, if your Hive account is used for automated comments (such as tipping bots), that amount of HP is not enough. 🤓

To maximize the chances of your Boosting Requests getting approved, it is recommended that you should request a Boosting Request for every (long and original) post that you publish, because we can't be certain how much Voting Mana the #Ecency Hive account will have once their curation team looks at your Boosting Request. 🤓
