Questions I Have in Mind Regarding SPK Network and Its Tokens
After reading the SPK Network Light paper, I came up with a series of questions. I will try my best to join the Claim Drop Live Party & Hive's Second Birthday Celebration, but just in case I could not make it for the time of celebration is 1:00 am here in our country. Since I am not sure if I could still stay awake around that time, I decided instead to write a post raising the questions below.
At the outset, I just want to apologize for asking this series of questions. I am thinking that perhaps that there are Hivers out there who are just like me who are not familiar with the technicalities in the jargon in blockchain and cryptocurrency, so I plead for your patience in raising these questions:
What do you mean by burning LARYNX? Is staking LARYNX permanently the same as burning it? If this is the case, then this is not the typical staking where one can un-stake his LARYNX after waiting for a certain period of time.
How about sending HIVE to the SIP? Is it like selling your HIVE for SPK and BROCA? Or buying SPK and BROCA with your HIVE?
Is sending HIVE to the SIP also equivalent to buying LARYNX? If not, can you please explain the difference between sending HIVE to the SIP and receiving LARYNX?
I understand that LARYNX can be bought on the market. What are the advantages of sending HIVE to the SIP in order to receive LARYNX instead of buying it on the open market?
What do you mean by old versions of LARYNX Miner tokens? Will there be new versions of LARYNX Miner Tokens? What’s the difference between the two?
Can you further explain in what way does the slight drop of mining efficiency of an old version of LARYNX Miner Tokens creates a continuous demand for the latest LARYNX tokens and in what way does it encourage additional permanent staking into the SIP?
Can you give us an idea of how many LARYNX tokens one can receive, say, for instance, he has a balance of 100 HIVE during the snapshot last 6 January this year?
Are we now in claim drop 2? So, am I correct that this time, is it no longer limited to just 888 holders of HIVE?
How many LARYNX tokens are now in circulation? How many LARYNX tokens have you distributed during the claimed drop 1? Just curious about the impact of the holdings of the 888 on the market price of the LARYNX once the tokens have been traded.
What is the maximum supply do you expect from LARYNX tokens?
Where can we find this Speak Desktop APP? Is this easily downloadable to any computer? Or is there any software requirement to download it?
