Larry Is Alive #16 - July 6 2022 - Self Improvement Is Exhausting !

Hello guys!
I hope everything goes smoothly in your life .
I'm fine . A little tired of trying !
Is self improvement natural ?
Do trees and animals think and try as much as we do for the better growing ? Or they do it way more naturally?
I think we are not a project . We are not some building or car that needs repair or improvement . We are alive !
we should blossom like a flower!
why are we so ashamed all the time ? the feeling of not being enough! even the saying that you are enough is ridiculous! enough for who ? enough for what?
Everyday many people experience panic attacks and all kinds of crap mostly because we worry so much! We are worrying about death constantly!We think about death all the time. Animals don't think about death .they just avoid it! but we think about death even when we think about little things in life . In my opinion death is not just physical and absolute death . We experience gleams of death everyday . And sometimes we don't even avoid it because we think maybe we deserve it or it is necessary for our growth . When someone humiliate us or judge or dislike us , we die a little.when people don't give us space or shut us up we stop breathing for a moment .
Let me know what you think about this stuff .
