No, I dont. Nevertheless, I don't think one needs to wait to have it before trying out all these breathing exercises. It's just like waiting to be obese before starting to work out.

You are absolutely right exercising including the pulmonary kind which people hardly talk about should be a lifestyle, a preventative measure rather than a cure. You would be surprised at what breathing exercises can do for your general well being.
