Will blocking the Crypto Accounts of Russians stop the War?

It's sad to say that the Russian - Ukraine War is still ongoing even after three months of pleads and sanctions from various countries in the world. The war has left a lot of people displaced and homeless, with nothing but fear and anticipation of when next they can sit peacefully in the comfort of their homes with their friends and family. But all is still a mystery to them. It's even more depressing to know that people have to suffer from the side effects of war that they probably had no hand in its causation.
So in an advent to probe the war and show concerns for the country, of Ukraine, Prominent individuals like the renowned boxer Wladimir Klitschko, talented actress Angelina Jolie, skilful tennis player Andrey Rublev, resident evil actress Milla Jovovich, popular commando actor Arnold Schwarzenegger and others have condemned the war and conflict and yet much hasn't changed yet. As if that was not enough crypto platforms like blockchain platforms began to make donations and giveaways to support the citizens of Ukraine. News has it that more than 60 million US dollars and even more have been raised to support Ukrainians.
When it became obvious that Russia has not shown any sign of settling the conflict, sanctions began to rain down on its citizens as well. The first starts from the elites which are the billionaires and businessmen who have ties to Russia and its government.
In the field of sport, it's no news that the billionaire and owner of the Chelsea football club are currently facing sanctions and restrictions on his properties In London including the football club. Currently, the club is on a ban from buying and selling players, offering new contracts, and selling tickets except for season ticket holders and transactions or offers towards buying the club have also been placed on hold.
It's sad to even think that a prominent club like Chelsea located in the heart of London also has to suffer at the hands of an unreasonable war. But the most shocking ban of the day which has caught my attention and the sole reason behind the writing of this is the ban of crypto accounts of Russians starting from the giant crypto platform Binance. As of today, Binance has begun to ban accounts relating to the Russian elite who have ties to the Kremlin.
These individuals include Kirill Malofeyev the son of Konstantin Malofeyev the Russian Oligarch who violated sanctions from the United States, Dmitry Peskov, Polina Kovaleva, and Russian Foreign Minister's step-daughter Sergey Lavrov and Elizabeth Peskova, the daughter of Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman.
According to cointelegraph the ban of these individuals from Binance was done to stop mitigating the impact of sanctions through crypto. In other words, binance had to carry out these bans on these individuals to prevent the Russian government from lessening the effect of the sanctions they are currently facing.

In the end, my opinion is will these ban on these individuals send a message or even help to stop the war or will more and more drastic measures be needed to put the Russian government in the right state of mind and remind them that these are human lives we are talking about here.

I think the ban may send messages for the withdraw of the war to there government. I really hope so because this war has done more harm than good to the citizens.
I don't believe that freezing Russian crypto accounts would end the war; I believe it will only end when both countries reach an agreement, which has been attempted; let's hope it works out one day. When bad leaders are in charge, the people who follow them suffer. I'm hoping the battle will be over soon.
The war will end but the dead will not return. The economic fight is much better than the killings. In the end of the day the world is a community, and each side tries to do his best. Economic force is better than fire and any measure against the Russian invasion is good.
