Not the snake is such a gentle character and non poisones. The terrarium is secure with a lock and I sleep next to it. Nothing to worrie hahah

My girlfriend @miraicastel has a snake as well, so we have two in the house 🏡 and my good friend @janqliqna has two snakes as well, it is amazing to handle them at the same time. Having two snakes eorming around in youre hand is such a experience!

If you think about geting a snake, you first have to check what you zave to offer that snake so it has a healthy life.
I went for a cornsnake as they are verry easy to keep, and feel at home with n the terrarium I can maintain. Also I did not want to zave to deal with h antidodes as you are required to have them in house when keeping a poisoness snake.
Also the snake I have is in keptivity since a few generations so not the wild snake it used to be anymore. They get used to humens over generations, so this certenly helps when you want a snake you can handle.
The zandeling takes time to build up her trust. First it is important to get her used to you and youre smell. This is easy by just maintain the terrarium as long as she is in there.
It takes time in the early stage to raise her propperly, but then she gets less demanding.

I am thinking of getting one. And also, they should be able to eat any type of food I guess it is there any special food which they must be given to sustain them?
I do not add any extra vitamins or else, just defrosted rats mouses and yound chickens. It is important that the food has been frozen for a few months so it is not contained with parasites.
I will do a read up again but my snake looks and behaves realy healthy.

So do you mean the snake can't eat rat or chicken that was just killed immediately, does that mean it will contain parasite?
Yes, exactly that.
After freezing them for a few months tHe parasites die off.
Feeding alive food is ilegal here in switzerland. Also when youre snake is used to frozen food, the hunting instinct is a bit less so she will be less agressive also.
I feed her babymouses when she was little, allways defrosted ones and she never had any issues.
