Tart Panna Cotta with raspberries

As i say before i love to making food, and to make video, i love to write blogs and it is my work about 5 year.
Today i will show how i make one tart panna cotta.
For this recipe i was make video also and that video i was published on YT, but it is my language, so i will try just to share video here because on yt i put translate so you all can see how it is prepared.

**Ingredients:
150 g of chocolate
250 g of ground biscuits
100 g butter
1 tablespoon cocoa
optionally maybe 1, 2 or 3 teaspoons of milk
fill:
3 bags of gelatin (4 tablespoons)
1 1/2 salt sour cream for cooking
1 salt milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 salt sugar

• 250 ml cup**
