Before I start this new post I wanted to thank you all for all your great support. All that support that you give me in each publication that I do with love. Thank you for always being present, for commenting and for appreciating every detail of the post. I will always be very grateful.
Since the last post published here, I've been working on a project that I really didn't think it would become something halfway big for me.
It's about a scenario where this little mansion lives in it. A mansion located at the top of a hill.
Actually when I started with this illustration, I had in mind something a little simpler, but definitely the details made me go out of context. But I loved it! I really feel like I've had a breakthrough with regards to creating houses and scenery.
Let's get started with the process.

Antes de comenzar esta nuevo post quería darles las infinitas gracias a todos ustedes por todo su gran apoyo. Todo ese apoyo que me brindan en cada publicación que hago con mucho cariño. Gracias por estar presente siempre, por comentar y por apreciar cada detalle del post. Siempre les estaré muy agradecida.

Desde el último post publicado por acá, he estado trabajando en un proyecto que la verdad no pensé que se fuese a convertir en algo medianamente grande para mi.

Se trata de un escenario en donde esta pequeña mansión habita en el. Una mansión ubicada en la punta de una colina.
Realmente al empezar con esta ilustración, tenía en mente algo un poco más sencillo, pero definitivamente los detalles hicieron que me saliera del contexto. Pero me ha encantado! Realmente siento que he tenido un avance con respecto a la creación de casas y escenarios.
Vamos a comenzar con el proceso.

This time I wanted to start with this sketch directly in the drawing program Procreate.
For the sketch I implemented a brush which refers to a pencil in traditional art, a Pencil 6B.

En esta ocasión quise empezar con este boceto directamente en el programa de dibujo Procreate

Para el boceto implemente un pincel el cual hace referencia a un lapiz en arte tradicional, un Lapiz 6B

Actually the first sketches of this small mansion were different from the final result. With the process I was modifying it until I could get the result that I liked the most.
After getting a final sketch, I will start with the base colors, flat colors.
Always based on warm tones, I applied them throughout my drawing. I really believed that I would keep the warm tones, but almost at the end I added a greenish tone which made it a very flattering contrast.

Realmente los primeros bocetos de esta pequeña mansión fueron diferente al resultado final. Con el proceso la fui modificando hasta que pude obtener el resultado que más me gustaba.

Después de obtener un boceto final, empezaré con los colores base, colores planos. Siempre basado en tonos cálidos, los fui aplicando en todo mi dibujo. Realmente creí que se mantendría en tonos cálidos, pero casi finalizando les coloqué un tono verdoso el cual hizo de él un contraste bastante favorecedor.

This is where the infinity of details that I usually use begins, you could really say that from this step on it is pure with these two brushes until the end of time. The Watercolor Brush 1 and the Crayon Brush.
I will start with the ceiling and then the walls of the mansion.

Aquí es donde comienza la infinidad de detalles que suelo usar, realmente se podría decir que a partir de este paso es puro con estos dos pinceles hasta el final de los tiempos. El Pincel Acuarela 1 y el del Crayón

Comenzaré por el techo y luego por las paredes de la mansión.

I will be placing the background in a way and with simple and fast techniques, this to be able to visualize an almost final result.
I will use the same brushes (these are like my brothers).
I wanted that in the scenery I could highlight a quite simple but luminous sunrise. With some small mountains not so marked and highlight the small hill where this small mansion was located.

Estaré colocando el fondo de una manera rápida y con técnicas simples, esto para poder visualizar un resultado casi final.

Usare los mismos pinceles ( ya estos son como mis hermanos)
Quería que en el escenario pudiera destacar un amanecer bastante simple pero luminoso. Con unas pequeñas montañas no tan marcadas y destacar la pequeña colina en la que se encontraba esta pequeña mansión.

At first I wanted to leave the walls as a mud material, quite rustic and dirty. After observing and thinking about whether that would really suit it, I thought about adding small bricks all over its façade... and that's what really started to give it life.
The background always has to be either lighter or very dark, so that the contrast can be seen and the piece can stand out.

Al principio quería dejar las paredes como de un material de barro, bastante rústico y sucio. Después de observar y pensar en si eso realmente le favorecería, pensé en añadirle ladrillos pequeños en toda su fachada… y realmente eso fue lo que le empezó a dar vida.

El fondo siempre al hacer y colocar ladrillos tiene que ser o más claro o muy oscuro, esto para que se pueda ver el contraste y pueda destacar la pieza.

I felt I needed to add some details to this illustration. The ladder and the pole to one corner helped quite a bit, but I knew I would add more to it along the way.
I quickly started with the window illuminations, for me this is essential. I wanted to visualize them quickly and not wait for the final finish to apply them.
First I placed a strong yellow color, applying the soft light layer mode. Then with the watercolor brush at 20% opacity I added those auras of light, also applying the soft light layer mode. The effect really looks great.

Sentía que tenía que agregarle algunos detalles a esta ilustración. La escalera y el poste a una esquina ayudó bastante, pero sabía que le añadiría más a lo largo del proceso.

Rápidamente empecé con las iluminaciones de las ventanas, para mi esto es algo esencial. Quería visualizarlas rápidamente y no esperar al acabado final para aplicarlas.

Primero coloque un color amarillo fuerte, aplicando el modo de capa de luz suave. Después con el pincel de acuarela en opacidad al 20 % le agregue esos auras de luz, también aplicando el modo de capa de luz suave. Realmente el efecto queda genial.

I was doing more details and applying more textures. I really felt the lights brought it to life as well as the bricks and tiles.

Estuve haciendo más detalles y aplicando más texturas. Realmente las luces sentí que le dieron la vida al igual que los ladrillos y tejas.

Almost at the end I was changing the background colors a bit, as I felt that the mansion was losing its prominence a bit. As the background and the house are the same shades, there was no contrast that could separate one thing from the other. This is very important, especially when you want to highlight a character or object in a scene. The contrast in colors and details is fundamental.

Ya casi por finalizar estuve cambiando un poco los colores del fondo, ya que sentía que la mansión perdía un poco el protagonismo. Al ser el fondo y la casa de las mismas tonalidades, no había contraste alguno que pudiera separar una cosa de la otra. Esto es muy importante y más cuando se quiere destacar algún personaje u objeto de un escenario. El contraste en colores y en detalles en fundamental.
