Spotted Pig Cafe in Siargao✨

Having to stay in the island for four days, made us want to explore as many places as we can. Since the resort we chose to stay is just in General Luna, the center and the famous place in Siargao with so many restaurants, cafés, clubs and resorts, we can always find where to eat or chill over coffee.

As Google suggested this cafe, Spotted Pig, Demple and I visited the place on the first day but since we weren't aware that they closes as early as five in the afternoon we were unlucky enough to have arrived late. We have rescheduled our coffee time on a Saturday and together with some of our colleagues we finally experienced the cafe.

Spotted Pig is a very cute cafe with a very nice Ambiance. Most of the customers there were foreigners that it piqued our interest. They serve breakfast and snacks together with their best-selling iced caramel macchiato and spanish latte (which by the way, tasted really good). I had some avocado toast, while some preferred their brownie alamode and some chocolate croissants.

It was a perfect afternoon coffee break after we went surfing and we were laughing while we were having our snacks. We were talking about the struggles and the fun in surfing.

Anyways, let's talk about how the food tasted. For the brownie alamode, I think it's perfect for espresso since it's too sweet. It's not a good pair for caramel macchiato. Also, chocolate croissant and the caramel macchiato is a much preferred pair. I, on the other hand loves the Spanish latte and avocado toast combo. It's perfect!

They have variety of menu to choose from. Cakes, Pastries, cookies, sweets, pasta, salads and a lot more. I think that's why it's highly recommended because their coffee is perfection plus the food is definitely delicious! If you're in for some heavy meals you can also proceed to their restaurant at the back which is Las Palmas where you can also order the menu from the cafe.

It was definitely a must visit cafe when you're in Siargao. :) I'll definitely go back there soon..
