If you mean with "using" that one uses and doesn't have any more, the answer is no. I meant more "make use of the items" to get more Actifit tokens. One buys the items for a certain amount of Actifit tokens and gets back another amount (it's basically staking), this is quite clear and one knows what he's getting and winning. For most of the items the rewards (sometimes this are other tokens than actifit) are based on percentages though. This does not only make it way more complicated, but it seems that one is actually loosing when "staking" (?) in these items. In my opinion that is weird. I'm still hoping @kpreddy is going to help me out here, clarifying how that is possible and giving some tips on how making use of these items could be profitable (or from which point they will start to eb profitable) !LUV !CTP

Since I don't use #Actifit, it looks like we just have to wait for @kpreddy's recommendations regarding how you should make use of the items you receive from Actifit. 🤯 Anyway, if you are unsure whether to tip AFIT tokens or not, I suggest not tipping them because you will eventually run out of those tokens by tipping them. 😅 !LUV !CTP

That's right. 🤓 Since there are already so many #HiveEngine tokens that you can tip without sending out those tokens from your own wallet, you should not tip the AFIT (or CAT) tokens if you are thinking twice about it. 😏 !PGM !CTP
