Exactly. That's why I disagree with the "experience is the best teacher" people in some instances. Sometimes the experience might be damn costly.

The existence of what we refer to as DOCUMENTS, such as books, notepads, and the like, is due to the value placed on people's experiences, which must be documented.

This too. It's sometimes amazing that experiences of people who lived ages ago is relatable to recent developments. History, they say, repeats itself. Those stuffs are never outdated.
