I think it's appropriate to feel abused. Perhaps they hired you precisely because of your inexperience, allowing them to take advantage of you. However, as you mentioned, they have great reviews and could simply be in hard times. But it's not your duty to save them

Sadly, that is something my wife and I have talked about....Is this just the way they can keep afloat by sticking it to new drivers.
