The first thing I see in your city is that you have a lot of people who are not employed and you can compose the number of buildings in such a way that everyone has somewhere to work. In this way you will increase the earnings of the city.

You should consider increasing your education points with cards like school or university and education related technology cards. I have written a separate guide about this.

Back to technology I see you have 5 Printers Upgrade cards which is unnecessary. The vast majority of cards don't work more if you have more of them. You only need one of these cards so you can sell the rest and buy other cards instead.

I highly recommend you to use the simulation tab, with it you can enter what cards you want to have in your city and you can see live how it will affect your city and you won't have to pay for them to see the effects. A very useful tool.

If you want to know more I invite you to dCity discord, for sure someone will help you if you have a problem.
